Infinite Pearls
Nicole Katsuras approaches her works on paper intuitively, incorporating the same level of immediacy that we see in her larger paintings on canvas. The artist uses fluid and gestural motions to create an organic composition, applying uniform bodies of colour. She deftly navigates the push and pull by using colour theory, with the end result being dynamic and full of energy. These pieces are floated and finished with a white frame, behind UV70.
