"Planning aerial shoots is always unpredictable. For Sardinia, we had booked the helicopter weeks in advance, only to arrive and be warned that the weather was about to turn. We decided to take the risk anyway and thankfully when we were in the air, the sun was out and the beaches below were alive with people.
