Anda Kubis’s paintings are digitally rendered in chromatic layers, extending and enriching the definitions of the medium. Works are vibrant compositions with a smooth finish, stretched on canvas or on paper.
Digital painting is the process of creating and rendering a composition with the help of digital technologies. Anda Kubis paints her work using a computer program, and then applies the digital file to a physical medium (canvas or paper). Much like an artwork made with oils or acrylics, each painting is created stroke by stroke and built up in layers, using digital tools as brushes.
