For her upcoming solo exhibition Future Museums II at Bau-Xi Vancouver, Ontario-based artist Mel Gausden takes us through the rugged and beguiling coastal forests of British Columbia that she has been so drawn to throughout her life and shares the process behind her multilayered abstracted landscapes.  

Future Museums II opens on Saturday, October 4 in Bau-Xi Vancouver's Upper Gallery and runs through October 16, 2025.
