"My current body of work navigates metaphysical questioning within the domination of virtual realms and online simulacra. The work highlights the duality of the perceived self and the other, as we filter through digital identities, false reflections, and the transformation of our own bodies.
I explore themes of cyber-feminism, body dysmorphia and social media personae, searching to understand what is false and what is true ‘being’ amongst a sea of artificiality. My paintings contrast ethereal naturalism with the obsessive pursuit of perfection, as I reimagine the dystopian realities we are collectively experiencing as technology continues to consume human existence."
