Bau-Xi Gallery is pleased to present Nicole Katsuras’ latest body of work, The Day Before Tomorrow. The series embodies Katsuras’ distinct abstract style, featuring bold colours and expressive brushwork. Of The Day Before Tomorrow, the artist states, “The New is Endless. A landscape transformed through a hybrid camera obscura and the prismatic effect of sunlight through a crystal chandelier. The specific object of a painting reflects a greater sense of place and time, and for me, joy.”
